What should one wear when receiving spa services? |

| Come as you are! A robe is provided when receiving multiple services. If you are planning to get a pedicure the spa provides disposable sandals, but you can bring your own if you prefer. | |
How early should I arrive for my appointment? |

| Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time. Each guest needs to check in at the front desk. A complimentary beverage of choice is provided to each guest to promote relaxation prior to any service(s). | |
Is cell phone use acceptable in a spa setting? |

| To ensure a relaxing spa experience for yourself, and out of respect to all guests, please turn off all cell phones or put them on silent mode when entering the building. | |
Are bathrobes provided? |

| Bathrobes and slippers are provided for your comfort when receiving multiple services. A tote for your clothes is also provided. | |
What is considered an appropriate level to undress? |

| Please undress to your comfort level. Keep in mind you will be draped with a sheet when receiving a massage, facial, and most body treatments. | |
How often should someone receive a massage? |

| To maintain the benefits of massage, your massage therapist will recommend a wellness plan. | |
Is gratuity expected? |

| Gratuity is not included or expected, but appreciated. Please treat the gratuity as you would with any service professional, based upon your personal experience. | |
How much notice is needed to cancel an appointment? |

| Scheduling conflicts may arise and you may need to cancel your appointment. A 24 hour cancellation notice is needed for regular appointments. For group and bridal/shower parties, a 48-72 hours notice is required. |
