General Information

To ensure maximum benefits from your treatment, please arrive at least 10 - 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow you time to check in and start relaxing before your service. You may also want to enjoy a hot or cold beverage of your choice.

In respect to every client, please turn all cellular phones and pagers on silent mode.

We understand that circumstances may arise when a cancellation is necessary. Please notify us in advance if at all possible.

To avoid scheduling conflicts, we recommend making your next appointment before leaving the spa.

We have gift cards available in open denominations or per service. These are non-refundable and hold no cash value.

We welcome small and large groups and will do our best to accommodate your needs. We ask all groups to schedule in advance to ensure the requested time. A fifteen percent gratuity will be added for parties with six or more persons.
