-6 week program includes office visit with Nurse Practitioner, measurements, protocol book, B12 injections, weekly visits for weigh in, blood pressure check and B12 injection.

-12 week program includes all of 6 week program as well as an additional 6 week maintenance plan with weekly visits, blood pressure checks, Q&A, weight check and encouragement. The maintenance plan is the key to keeping the weight off and staying successful.

6 week program is $250 (plus injectable)

12 week program is $400 (plus injectable)
