Cancelation & Rescheduling Policy

If you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment(s) for any reason you may do so two ways:

48+ hours out from your appointment(s) you may cancel or reschedule online or by calling Grove Spa

24+ hours out from your appointment(s) you may cancel or reschedule by calling Grove Spa and speaking directly to a coordinator or manager. Any voicemails left after posted business hours will be considered received at the start of the next business day.

For any cancelation or reschedule that occurs within 24 hours of your appointment(s) you will be charged for the full service amount to the card or gift card on file.

No Show Policy

Grove Spa does not provide walk-in services and our talented service providers allocate their time for each individual client. To show respect to our staff we have implemented a no call, no show policy. If you are scheduled for an appointment and do not give proper notice or fail to show up for your appointment the card on file will be charged for the full service(s) amount.
