At Grove Spa we try to be as accommodating as possible. Our amazing estheticians are trained to perform one (1) one-hour Swedish Massage each day. Our estheticians are trained but are not Licensed Massage Therapists. Due to this your esthetician will not be able to perform deep-tissue, firmer pressure, or extended massages. For any questions regarding booking a massage with our female estheticians please give us a call.

Children under 12 are not allowed in the building unless an adult is only coming in to purchase an item and will remain in the lobby area. If a client is between the ages of 12-17, they may only receive services with a parent or guardians signature to authorize the services. If the client is under the age of 17 the parent or guardian must remain in the room while the service is being provided. The service must also be with the same sex provider.

All cancelations or rescheduling must be done over the phone with one of our coordinators.

By booking online you agree and understand Grove Spa’s 24 hour cancelation and no call no show policy. Failure to give a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment or not showing up to your scheduled appointment would result in a charge to the card on file for the full service amount. All canceling or rescheduling must be done via phone with one of our coordinators. All appointments booked for a Monday must be canceled or rescheduled by the Saturday before by 5pm. For all appointments please arrive 15 minutes prior to fill out client paperwork and enjoy a complementary beverage and warm neck pillow.
